SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to getting your tree to you as quickly and as safely as we can. we use recycled packaging whenever we can as this really helps us to keep the price of the trees low. We offer free shipping on our trees. We use Parcelforce or a courier (currently Hermes) and can reach all UK locations.

Our usual delivery time is up to 7 working days. If orders are made in advance of the bare root season (November to March) we will dispatch trees as soon as we can, when they have entered dormancy.

Please take the time to fill out the special instructions box in the checkout area with the details of a neighbour or safe place that your trees can be left. Windfall Nurseries cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors beyond our control such as Public Holidays or adverse weather conditions which make it impossible to lift bare-rooted trees. In cases such as these, you will be notified.
We can only deliver to physical addresses and not to PO boxes. A complete address including correct postcode must be provided. Windfall Nurseries cannot be held responsible for orders not received if an incorrect address is provided. It will also be necessary to give us details of where to place items should you be out when the delivery arrives. Windfall Nurseries cannot be responsible for items lost if we have followed your instructions. A contact telephone number can also be very useful to our courier.
RETURN POLICY
If your tree arrives damaged , please let us know immediately. Please take photographs of the tree and teh packaging. The trees are insured in transit. If the tree has sustained damage so that it cannot be planted (eg, completely broken in half) , then we will replace it immediately.
There is little risk with bare root trees, provided they are planted immediateIy and are not allowed to dry out, but your tree fails to show signs of life in the spring, please contact us.
In order to assess the problem or the cause of the failure, we require photos to be emailed to us: please send us a picture of the tree overall (including the soil) and a close-up of the problem. Please email ed.carlile@outlook.com
