Fagus sylvatica pendula- weeping Green Beech

Pendulous weeping habit, can make a large tree

Pale leaves, darken then change to yellow/bronze in autumn

Smooth greyish bark

Produce flowers in summer  and fruits in autumn

Can grow to a height of 12m  and spread of 8m in 20-50 years, but can be clipped to a suitable height for smaller spaces.

Grows in any well-drained soil

Prefers full sun or partial shade
